About the role:
Wereseekingan experienced and commercially astute leader to join our Strategy and Transformation Group asManager ValuePerformanceand Insights.This is a high-impact leadership role responsible forenablingenterprise-wide performance visibility valuemeasurementand strategic insight. You will lead a specialist team that turns complex data intoinsights withactionable recommendations enabling Executivesand Boardto make informed decisions that optimise delivery of ourCorporateStrategyandCorporate you thrive at the intersection of strategyperformanceand leadership this is your opportunity to influence outcomes that matter to Western Australia.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy Design and Value you will lead the Value Performance and Insights function and overseethe design and implementation of ourenterprise performance frameworkacrossKPIs risk indicators benefitsrealisationand portfolio will provide a trusted source of truth for Executive decision-making lead deep-dive reviews into delivery performanceidentifysystemic opportunities forimprovementand foster a value-driven culture across the organisation.
You willalsolead the developmentembedmentand continuous refresh of the Corporate Plan as a key management tool enabling Corporate Strategy. By translating performance data into decisionready insights you and your team will influence strategic choices and provide clear visibility on where the organisation should focus to improve performance and deliver value.

What the role will involve:
Enterprise Performance & Value
- Lead the developmentembedmentand refresh of the Corporate Plan to enable Corporate Strategy
- Lead the enterprise performance framework across KPIs KRIs benefits and portfolio metrics
- Ensure strong governanceintegrityand consistency of enterprise reporting
- Deliver executiveand boarddashboards insights and recommendations that support strategic decisions
- Enableprioritisation and performance alignment to Corporate Plan outcomes
Strategic Insight & Improvement
- Analyse trendsrisksand delivery gaps toidentifysystemic issues and opportunities
- Lead deep-dive performance reviews and co-design recovery plans with business leaders
- Support investment decisions through evidence-based insights and value optimisation
- Benchmark practices and uplift organisational maturity in performance management
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner withExecutives andsenior leaders across the business
- Influence strategic planningsequencingand delivery capacity decisions
- Build organisational capability in performancevalueandinsightdrivendecisionmaking
Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of specialists
- Foster collaborationaccountabilityand continuous improvement
- Drive outcomes through strong prioritisationcoachingand delivery focus
Key skills and experience:
You are astrategic thinker with strong commercial acumenanda track recordof leading performanceanalyticsor strategy functions in complex organisations.
You will bring:
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline (Business Science Engineering)
- Extensiveexperience in a strategy environment either a consultancy or a large national or international organisation
- Substantial experience in building and embedding value benefits and performance frameworks and mindsets that bring together all dimensions of value
- Substantial experience inbusiness planning activities including developing detailed action plans andmonitoringand reporting on plans and activity
- Considerable experience in leading and driving a high-performance team
- Excellent communicationinfluencingand stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn insight into action
