As Senior Performance Manager you will work with an exciting client with a high-performing team in Sydney.

Get ready to lead paid social for a major global jewellery brand in a fast-paced high-performing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering best-in-class social performance driving innovation and collaborating with global teams. This role is based in Australia and involves close collaboration with a UK-based team. While some time zone flexibility is required were equally flexible to ensure a sustainable and balanced workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end paid social strategy activation & optimisation

  • Drive performance across Meta TikTok Snapchat & Pinterest. Smartly knowledge will be advantageous.

  • Drive creative testing influencer integrations & platform innovation

  • Collaborate with global teams (AU UK) to deliver seamless execution

  • Support cross-channel thinking across search & performance

  • Mentor junior team members and uplift social capability

A Bit About You:

  • Established experience in paid social / performance media

  • Strong hands-on experience across Meta other key social platforms

  • Exposure to eCommerce / retail environments preferred

  • Confident in optimisation testing & performance storytelling

  • Collaborative proactive and comfortable working across time zones

  • Experience with Smartly or similar tools a bonus
