About the Opportunity

The Sales Manager Australia (West) is a key driver in the development implementation and review of sales strategies with a particular focus on the Mining Class - Major market segment. Based in Perth the role will be responsible for sales (budgets and personnel management) across a select range of products for defined territories and/or accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a high performing sales team through mentorship performance planning and ongoing guidance
• Contribute to the development implementation and achievement of sales plans and budgets
• Identify and develop strategically beneficial relationships with key clients partners industry and government bodies
• Present and sell Micromines solutions to new prospects in the specified region
• Represent Micromine at industry events
• Travel as required; domestic international and mine site

About You

• Mining industry experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Micromine its products and services
• Minimum 5 years of strategic sales management experience
• Demonstrated successful sales record
• Relevant sales methodology training
• Relevant tertiary qualification
