Training Manager
Job Summary
This is a senior leadership role supporting the national implementation of the Tracking Cube a key CHESS research initiative.
The Training Manager is responsible for designing leading and continuously improving a scalable system-wide training approach that supports implementation across diverse settings. The role translates the complexity of the Tracking Cube into clear practical and structured learning pathways for a multidisciplinary workforce.
Working closely with clinical research digital and implementation teams the Training Manager ensures training is integrated high-quality and aligned with evolving practice. This role goes beyond delivery to establish a cohesive sustainable training model that enables effective adoption and long-term impact.
About You
To succeed in this role you will be a strategic and collaborative leader with a strong background in workforce development clinical education or health system implementation. You will bring the ability to translate complex models into practical training solutions and to lead programs at scale across diverse service environments.
You will demonstrate:
- Experience designing and leading structured training programs or learning systems in healthcare or community settings
- Strong capability in translating complex clinical or service models into accessible applied learning
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A commitment to continuous improvement evaluation and evidence-informed practice
- Advanced communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Essential Qualifications and Registration:
- Postgraduate qualifications (or progress towards) and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

This is a fixed-term (until 30 June 2028) part-time 0.60FTE position primarily based at Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan). As Griffith is a multi-site university you may be required to work across other locations.
Griffith Universitys sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul Yuggera Jagera Turrbal Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 8 range $117579 - $132273 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $137567 - $154759 per annum.
