Job Summary

This is your opportunity to step into a high-impact Operations Manager role within our Allied Health division of Healthcare Australia. Reporting to the National Business Manager you will lead operational delivery across a multidisciplinary Allied Health workforce spanning podiatry speech pathology and dietetics ensuring excellence in service delivery across aged care home care and community settings.

In this non-clinical leadership role you will be responsible for driving workforce performance client satisfaction and financial outcomes across multiple service lines and regions. You will play a key role in strengthening client partnerships optimising workforce capacity and enabling sustainable business growth.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys leading diverse teams and is motivated by performance and client impact. You are a confident and proactive operational leader who understands and can balance the demands of Allied Health service delivery with excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for improving systems people and outcomes.

Ideally you will bring:

  • Strong leadership experience managing teams and/or operational functions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets KPIs and service performance metrics
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a process improvement mindset
  • Experience in Allied Health aged care community or health services environments
  • Proficiency in business systems reporting tools and MS Office
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Allied Health or related discipline (desirable)
  • Registration with AHPRA (desirable depending on clinical background)
