The Opportunity

As a Regional Manager at Lovisa youll be responsible for leading a portfolio of 69 stores empowering Store Managers driving commercial performance and creating exceptional customer experiences across your region.

Drive Commercial Success

Take ownership of sales performance profitability KPIs and operational excellence across your region.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

Champion Lovisas customer-first philosophy and ensure every store consistently delivers an outstanding brand experience.

Develop Future Leaders

Identify talent build succession plans and create growth opportunities for your people.

Manage Regional Operations

Ensure stores operate efficiently through effective rostering wage management compliance visual merchandising and inventory control.

Protect the Business

Drive strong loss prevention practices and shrinkage awareness while maintaining operational standards.

What Were Looking For

Passion for fashion retail and customer experience

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results

Exceptional coaching and people-development skills

Ability to influence motivate and inspire multiple teams

Strong organisational and operational management capabilities

Experience leading multiple stores or flagship locations highly regarded

A hands-on leader who enjoys being in stores and supporting teams
