Our ProgramAide hourly rate ranges from $18.50/hr to $19.70/hr depending on experience and licensing. As a full time employee you will accrue paid time off starting day one. As a Program Aide your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Familiarize self with each individuals personal needs preferences and program plans.
• Assist individuals with physical care (toileting positioning dressing grooming oral hygiene etc.) as needed or designated by plan.
• Implementing service plans as determined and written by planning team.
• Physical ability to be on feet all day and perform the lifting and care of individuals as required.
• Possess a valid drivers license and driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier.
• Participating in activities/outings and much more.

place in a classroom setting along with hands-on site training to all employees!
