How You Will Make an Impact
Manage mentor and develop a team of financial services professionals including performance reviews coaching and training.
Oversee daily fund accounting/operational workflows ensuring accuracy efficiency and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Act as a primary point of contact for key clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and building strong relationships.
Implement and monitor departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) providing regular reports to senior management.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and cross-functional initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of new services or products.
Handle escalated client issues and complex operational challenges effectively.
Maintain a thorough understanding of SS&C products services and industry trends.
Required Experience
Strong understanding of financial products services and market operations.
Excellent communication interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
What Sets You Apart (preferred qualifications)
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
