Job Summary
About UPC
UPC designs and manufactures retail store fixtures and P.O.P. displays.
Located in Madison WI we operate in a 120000 square ft clean facility.
Family owned for over 48 years and growing we are employee centric with great employee retention.
UPC is looking for dedicated and experienced employees for
Administrative Design Engineering and all levels of manufacturing.

Position Summary
- Accurately estimating materials and labor for manufacturing
- Communication between vendors and UPC
- Review post job costings
- Identify potential cost savings opportunities
- Prepare and organize project documentation
- Maintain estimating and cost spreadsheets
- Able to communicate with vendors
Facility Equipment & Work Environment
- Collaborate with design engineering sales and production teams
- Office environment
- Casual Professional Dress
Education & Experience
- Ability to use CAD software (Autocad Solidworks) a plus
- The ideal candidate must have an associate degree and 1-2 years experience or the equivalent combination.
- Must have excellent oral written and mathematical skills.
- Must have a strong aptitude working in an ERP such as Odoo or other related systems.
