This position has been created to bring structure foresight and control across projects allowing the business to scale without losing what made it successful in the first place.

Youll be stepping into a role where your input shapes how projects are planned how decisions are made and how the business grows. You will share in financial and ownership outcomes.

The Role

Full visibility across multiple projects owning planning programme delivery and safety performance.

Youll work closely with site leaders ensuring jobs are set up properly risks are identified early and expectations are clear from the outset.

What you will bring to the table

• Proven experience in residential construction
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builders licence essential
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage all building sites
