Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

• Lead shift operations and allocate team duties to ensure smooth efficient service delivery
• Supervise setup and flow of service to guarantee every guest receives a seamless personalized experience
• Support rota planning team scheduling and departmental organization to maintain optimal staffing levels
• Drive team engagement through coaching training initiatives and performance motivation
• Manage stock control ordering procedures and inventory accuracy to optimize costs
• Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation across all F&B areas in compliance with local regulations
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues with empathy and decisiveness
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager on strategic initiatives and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies at all times
• Support onboarding and development of new team members

Qualifications :

**Required Qualifications:**

• Proven supervisory or management experience in a quality F&B environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in stock control inventory management and cost awareness
• Solid understanding of food safety hygiene standards and local regulations in Udaipur
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest service and handle complaints professionally
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with POS systems and F&B management software
• Knowledge of sales incentive programs and revenue optimization
• Training and coaching experience
• Certification in food safety or hospitality management
• Experience in a high-volume or upscale dining establishment
• Familiarity with local Udaipur dining culture and guest preferences
