• You design and deliver high-quality visual assets across digital print and brand touchpoints
• You create original illustrations that reflect and evolve the brands illustration style
• You contribute to graphic design development beyond illustration supporting broader brand needs
• You translate ideas narratives and messages into clear and engaging visual concepts
• You ensure consistency with brand and visual guidelines across all deliverables
• You review and assess market-developed design work across all graphic design disciplines providing clear guidance to ensure alignment with brand standards visual quality and creative direction
• You support markets by advising on best practices for working on brand and applying design systems correctly
• You collaborate closely with brand marketing and content teams
• You present creative work and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders

• You have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in graphic design
• You have strong illustration skills with a portfolio demonstrating style consistency and adaptability
• You have broad graphic design expertise across digital and print media
• You have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign)
• You have experience with or a strong interest in AI-powered creative tools and workflows and can apply them effectively in a design context
• You have an excellent understanding of typography layout color and composition
• You have strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills
• You have a high attention to detail and strong craft quality
• You can balance creative expression with brand consistency
• You have professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage
