Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our corporate office. This role will primarily assist with preparing printed materials for events including menu and food station signage along with light administrative support as needed.

This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00

Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan 401(k) matching.

This position will remain open until July 24 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Print organize and prepare menu cards buffet labels and event signage.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of printed materials prior to events.
  • Assist with basic office tasks such as filing scanning and data entry.
  • Support team members with general administrative needs.
  • Maintain organization of office supplies and printed materials.
  • Perform other light administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word PDF printing email).
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
  • Dependable and able to work independently.
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred but not required.
  • Part-time; hours may vary based on event schedule.
  • Flexible availability preferred including occasional peak event periods.
