The Role:

• Assist with food and beverage service ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience every shift
• Engage with customers and provide seamless support with a positive professional approach
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards including accurate recording of temperatures and allergen information
• Support daily cleaning routines and keep service areas organised and ready for action

The Person:

• Proven experience in a busy catering or food service environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP and a passion for maintaining high hygiene and quality standards
• Friendly approachable and confident when engaging with customers
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Must be able to obtain or hold a current Police Check
