Technical Assistant officer AMIEO Product Brand & Marketing Strategy (PBMS)

Mission Main tasks and responsibilities:

Objectives:

• To maintain efficiency and effectiveness of the various processes of the overall department to ensure business continuity
• To provide support to our Regional Vice President in all matters

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate key meetings agenda (VP/Bi-wkly reviews/Launch sterco/monthly pricing review mtg PSPM)

• Support on overall functional analysis ad-hoc studies etc.
• Support/Lead actions to keep department cohesion across the different teams within AMIEO
• Track and follow up on Global employee survey action items
• Manage Paris pool cars portfolio
• Support a project to automate the registration of topics for the various meetings
• Support in preparation of executive reports.
• Coordinate & release wkly PBSM report to full team
• Manage/monitor team access to software licences (Tableau/Co-pilot/Power BI Figma..)
• Update monthly G&A actuals

Background and Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree (B.E/)
• Experience: 3-5 years minimum of professional experience with high proficient in Microsoft office mgt
