Technical Assistant officer AMIEO Product Brand & Marketing Strategy (PBMS)
Mission Main tasks and responsibilities:
Objectives:
- To maintain efficiency and effectiveness of the various processes of the overall department to ensure business continuity
- To provide support to our Regional Vice President in all matters
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate key meetings agenda (VP/Bi-wkly reviews/Launch sterco/monthly pricing review mtg PSPM)
- Support on overall functional analysis ad-hoc studies etc.
- Support/Lead actions to keep department cohesion across the different teams within AMIEO
- Track and follow up on Global employee survey action items
- Manage Paris pool cars portfolio
- Support a project to automate the registration of topics for the various meetings
- Support in preparation of executive reports.
- Coordinate & release wkly PBSM report to full team
- Manage/monitor team access to software licences (Tableau/Co-pilot/Power BI Figma..)
- Update monthly G&A actuals
Background and Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree (B.E/)
- Experience: 3-5 years minimum of professional experience with high proficient in Microsoft office mgt
