Job Summary
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ghansoli / Mahape Navi Mumbai
Shift: Day Shift
Weekly Off: Sunday 2nd Saturday
Shift Time-9am to 9pm (Any 9hrs shift)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers for home loans insurance personal loans and credit cards.
- Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain consistent performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Promote HDFCs financial products through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to enhance sales strategies and customer service.
Requirements:
- HSC with minimum 1 year of sales/telesales experience; fresh graduates also eligible.
- Graduate candidates with strong communication and sales skills.
- Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Age up to 32 years (based on experience).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Salary (In-hand)
- 06 Months Experience: 14000
- 7 Months1 Year: 15000
- 13 Years: Up to 17000
- 4 Years: Up to 19000
- 4 Years: Up to 22000 (based on experience & last drawn salary)
