Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARYThe Analyst of Development will provide analytical and research support to the development and transactional support teams for new and existing health system joint venture partnerships in-market network development and health system joint venture partnership governance FUNCTIONSDevelop joint-venture strategic market with Development department Statement of Work billing and capital the Development team in the execution of acquisition and de novo transactions from start to finish working closely with Development in the preparation of financial models business valuations and other materials to be used in presentations and as support for deal in the preparation of the private placement memorandum to be utilized in senior leadership on alternative strategies for the acquisition and restructuring of facility-specific due diligence and research in support of transaction total addressable market analyses for existing and prospective Development leads with developing health system joint venture partners strategic growth plans and capital proprietary analytical scoring for in-market acquisition internal cross-functional data requests pipeline reporting and deal metric and analyze open and closed-sourced market data for an informed project internal and external reporting deliverables for Atlas Board Atlas Investment Committee and JV health system and individual ASC opportunity pitch opportunities in the market for acquisitions and future duties as all functions according to established policies procedures regulatory and accreditation requirements as well as applicable professional all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every : The essential functions are intended to describe the general content of and requirements of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. Specific tasks or responsibilities will be documented as outlined by the incumbents immediate QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in related field or equivalent QUALIFICATIONSAdditional education is preferred. 2-3 years of experience in healthcare and corporate development mergers and DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENT FACTORSOE - Typical Office Environment:Requires extensive sitting with periodic standing and be required to lift up to 20 pounds.
