Job Title: Receptionist

Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Shift: 1st (Monday - Friday)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors clients and customers. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing front office operations and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors clients and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
• Respond to inquiries and provide general information
• Manage visitor flow to ensure a smooth front-office experience
• Prepare and distribute correspondence as needed
• Receive sort and distribute incoming mail
• Maintain a clean organized and presentable reception area
• Create and issue security badges for guests
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and leadership
• Provide general administrative support as assigned
