Spa Receptionist Twin Farms

Twin Farms is seeking a warm polished and highly organized Spa Receptionist to support our Forbes Five-Star spa experience.

The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for spa guests coordinating appointments and ensuring each visit feels seamless personal and thoughtfully prepared.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth discretion and professionalism.
• Schedule and confirm spa treatments and wellness experiences.
• Coordinate appointments with therapists estheticians and other departments.
• Respond to guest questions and communicate treatment information clearly.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles schedules and service notes.
• Process charges and assist with spa retail purchases.
• Anticipate guest preferences and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members.
• Support the presentation and organization of the reception and retail areas.
• Assist with opening closing inventory and other daily spa operations.
• Follow Forbes Five-Star service standards and protect guest confidentiality.

Qualifications :

• Previous luxury hospitality spa reception reservations or guest-service experience preferred.
• Warm polished and confident communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple appointments and changing priorities.
• Professional discreet dependable and calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
