In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting financial reporting transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisations value.

Responsibilities : Managing accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) and performing detailed ledger reviews. Strong knowledge of month-end closing activities including preparation of MIS Balance Sheet (BS) Profit & Loss (PL) reconciliation reports and variance analysis. Expertise in performing reconciliations such as prepaid unbilled unaccrued expenses provisions accruals and processing PO and Non-PO based invoices Handling end-to-end bookkeeping vendor reconciliation payments fixed asset accounting (including schedules & depreciation)Forex intercompany reconciliation staff reimbursements and bank reconciliations. Responsible for finalization of accounts drafting financial statements with schedules as per GAAP and preparing detailed audit schedules and reconciliations. Performed Quality checks and reviews of financial statements ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. Comprehensive knowledge of TDS GST and other statutory compliances including GSTR-1 GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B and 26AS reconciliation. Preparing and analyzing AP & AR aging reports to support working capital and risk management.

Mandatory Skill Sets AP AR GL Prepaid Fixed Asset. Preparation of Financials under IGAAP schedule preparation. Month-end closing MIS GST TDS Fixed Assets Advanced Excel PowerPoint Word Tally Zoho NetSuite etc
