About the role

As a Project Manager Records & Information you will lead a portfolio of strategic and technical projects that strengthen information and records management outcomes. You will be responsible for endtoend project delivery including planning governance and risk and benefits management ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders you will manage complex issues provide expert advice and support evidencebased decisionmaking particularly for records systems and technologyenabled initiatives. The role reports to the Senior Manager Records and Information and may include responsibility for up to two direct reports.

About you

You are an experienced project manager with a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives and providing trusted advice to senior stakeholders. You bring sound knowledge of information and records management technologies including Open Text Content Manager and Manage in Place technologies and can operate confidently within government frameworks and protocols. You are skilled in engaging diverse stakeholders navigating competing priorities and managing sensitive or highprofile issues to achieve outcomes within tight timeframes.

Essential requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Information or Records Management.
  • Experience leading recordsrelated projects including the introduction or uplift of technology solutions
