Job Summary

Join Amazons Selling Partner Trust team to protect and empower sellers across APAC while safeguarding customers and the integrity of Amazons store. Youll be the critical bridge between enforcement strategies and regional seller needs ensuring compliance programs balance protection with business growthparticularly for CN-based sellers.

Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for reducing seller friction improving enforcement accuracy and driving measurable regional progress against SPT Board of Director goals specifically Strategic Seller Reinstatement (SSRI) High-Value Listing Enforcements (HVLE) and HVLE False Positives. The role operates at the intersection of policy product and business translating WW enforcement strategies into region specific execution plans that protect Sellers and Customers while enabling business growth.

Core responsibilities include:
Influencing cross-VP organizations to shape risk appetite define Seller experience (SX) standards and ensure enforcement strategies balance compliance with Seller advocacy driving stakeholder and leadership engagement to support regional Seller trust initiatives.
Understand current and emerging unique challenges faced by Sellers in APAC defining strategy execution plans and tracking mechanisms to programmatically scale compliance programs across the APAC stores. Partner with global product and program teams to influence roadmaps.
Developing and implementing mechanisms to ensure business interdependencies are surfaced and incorporated into tech and product roadmaps.
Building deep understanding of specific Seller needs behaviors economic factors and legislative/regulatory landscape and establishing strong relationships with APAC stakeholders to partner on shared goals and regional improvement roadmaps.
Scope: APAC stores Programs/Policies: Account Compliance Product Compliance.

A day in the life
You drive measurable progress on SPT Board goals (SSRI HVLE False Positives) by reducing seller friction and improving enforcement accuracy across APAC. You translate global enforcement strategies into region-specific execution plans at the intersection of policy product and business. You influence cross-VP organizations to balance compliance with seller advocacy partner with 3P leaders to scale compliance programs and build deep CN-market expertise to minimize business disruptions while protecting customers and enabling growth.

About the team
SPTs North Star is to support and protect Seller business continuity so Sellers can confidently invest in growing with Amazon. To achieve this we focus on three interconnected areas: Governanceensuring enforcements are accurate predictable and only taken when necessary; Seller Experienceproviding transparent information with efficient remediation pathways; and Supportdemonstrating Amazons commitment to Sellers when issues arise.

The global SPT team covers all Amazon stores with each regional program manager serving as the SPT representative for their specific region. We value individual expression and leverage diverse perspectives to achieve Amazons mission of being Earths most customer-centric company.

- Bachelors degree 5 years leading cross-functional programs or projects
- Bilingual fluency: English and Japanese or English and Chinese (verbal & written) is required to liaise with our counterparts
- Proven track record influencing senior leadership and driving organizational buy-in
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution in ambiguous environments
- International travel capability
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

- Masters/MBA in business operations or compliance
- SQL and data warehouse knowledge
- E-commerce or fast-paced tech experience
- Project management certification
