Job Description:

About the Role:

As a Recruiter youll play an important role supporting our operations based out of our corporate office in Oak Brook IL. You will support full-cycle hiring for our Supply Chain organization with a focus on quality EHS and R&D roles. Youll partner closely with hiring managers to build talent pipelines drive efficient hiring processes and deliver a strong candidate experience.

This role offers the opportunity to leverage creative sourcing strategies engage passive talent and influence hiring outcomes in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Youll add value to this role by:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain roles including quality EHS and R&D
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill skillsets
• Deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience as a brand ambassador
• Track and communicate recruiting metrics pipeline health and hiring progress
• Using data and market trends to support hiring decisions and improve outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with all recruiting policies processes and regulatory requirements
• Contributing to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and talent strategies

Important Details:

• This is a full-time first-shift hybrid role based in our Oak Brook IL office.
• The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $64000 to $96000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to specific competencies relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award bonus and equity pay.

Youll fit right in if you have:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 35 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing supply chain or technical roles (Quality EHS R&D preferred)
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
• Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
• Working knowledge of OFCCP EEO and recruiting compliance practices
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism discretion and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting in both the U.S. and Canada
• AIRS Certification (CIR or CDR)
• Willingness to travel as needed
