About the Role:
Bairds Human Resources team is committed to attracting developing and retaining exceptional talent to support our mission of being a Best Place to Work. We are seeking a Temporary IT Recruiter to support our Information Technology hiring needs during a short-term assignment estimated to last three months.
In this role you will support the full life cycle recruiting for IT and other roles including proactive sourcing candidate screening and interview process coordination. This position is based in Milwaukee with an in office schedule Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.
The Impact Youll Make:
FullCycle Recruiting & Hiring Delivery:
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions using Workday ATS including intake sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop accurate compelling job postings aligned to business needs
- Evaluate candidate skills experience and culture contribution presenting wellqualified candidates and thoughtful recommendations
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:
- Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter Workday ATS Beamery CRM job boards referrals and professional networks
- Apply creative and datainformed sourcing strategies particularly for IT and hardtofill roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities to support current and future hiring
Talent Advisory & Client Partnership:
- Serve as a trusted Talent Advisor to assigned client groups building strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
- Provide consistent communication to stakeholders including status updates and periodic recruiting reviews
- Interpret recruiting data and market insights to guide decisions improve outcomes and tell the recruiting story
What Youll Bring to Baird:
- Three or more years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on IT or technical recruiting
- Demonstrated success managing full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interviewing assessment and candidate presentation skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; experience with Workday ATS LinkedIn Recruiter and Beamery preferred
- Solid understanding of digital and internet-based sourcing strategies
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear engaging job postings and candidate communications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- High sense of urgency adaptability and commitment to delivering results in a temporary assignment
Note: This is a temporary benefits-ineligible position with an estimated duration of three months. We can work through an approved agency if benefits are needed. Assignment length may vary based on business needs.
