We are looking for a fast-paced results-driven recruiter to take full ownership of our hiring pipeline. You will manage multiple roles at once and be responsible for sourcing screening and moving candidates efficiently using Recruit CRM.
This is not a passive HR role we need someone who can jump in move quickly and execute with minimal training.

We are looking for a fast-paced results-driven recruiter to take full ownership of our hiring pipeline. You will manage multiple roles at once and be responsible for sourcing screening and moving candidates efficiently using Recruit CRM.

- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles
- Source candidates through job boards database and outreach
- Conduct phone screens and qualify candidates
- Use Recruit CRM to track and move candidates through pipeline
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain daily candidate flow and follow-ups
- Build and organize candidate database
- Proven experience in recruiting or high-volume hiring
- MUST have experience using an ATS/CRM system (Recruit CRM strongly preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple roles independently
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- High sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Able to start quickly with minimal training
- Screen 3060 candidates per week
- Maintain active pipeline across multiple roles
- Consistent candidate submissions and placements
- Fast turnaround on candidate communication
- Base pay: $18$25/hour (or salary equivalent based on experience)
- Performance bonuses per hire:
- LMT: $100$200
- Esthetician: $50$100
- Spa Associate: $25$50
- Additional bonuses based on weekly performance targets
