Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on execution-driven Product Development Manager to drive the creation and expansion of new products across online marketplaces.
This role is focused on product development identifying opportunities working with suppliers and/or factories and supporting the process of bringing products from idea to production.
The ideal candidate has real practical experience developing products and can contribute immediately to help scale a growing e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities based on market demand and trends
- Support product development from concept through production
- Work directly with suppliers and/or factories on sourcing and development
- Collaborate with internal teams on product launches across marketplaces
- Analyze product performance pricing and competition
- Continuously refine and expand the product catalog based on data and market insights
Ideal Candidate
- Hands-on experience in product development sourcing new products working directly with factories or supporting products from idea to production
- Proven e-commerce experience
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Strong practical experience in at least one core part of the product development lifecycle
- Comfortable communicating with suppliers and factories
- Highly analytical with strong product and market instincts
- Execution-focused with strong ownership and follow-through
- Experience launching products on Amazon or other marketplaces
- Familiarity with multi-channel e-commerce (Walmart Shopify etc.)
