Job Summary:
Mercedes-Benz is seeking an experienced & highly motivated Automotive Manager to oversee operations in our dealership/service center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive management sales customer service & operational efficiency. This role requires a results-driven leader with a passion for luxury automobiles & an ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations in sales service or operations departments ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing & customer experience teams to enhance brand visibility & engagement.
Resolve customer complaints & ensure a premium service experience aligned with Mercedes-Benz standards.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including vendors suppliers & corporate teams.
Stay updated on industry trends market conditions & technological advancements in automotive innovation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Automotive Management or a related field ( preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive management preferably in a luxury vehicle brand.
Proven track record in sales service or operational leadership within the automotive industry.
Strong leadership communication & interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service orientation with a passion for the automotive industry.
Ability to analyze financial reports & manage budgets effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems dealership management software & Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic & results-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & adapt to changing business needs.
