• Pay Range: $19.00 $23.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

What Youll Be Doing:

As a Maintenance Technician you are the backbone of our property operations. Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager you will handle everything from daily work orders to long-term preventative care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repairs & Upkeep: Troubleshooting and fixing basic electrical plumbing drywall and painting issues.

• Unit Turns: Ensuring apartments are functional and move-in ready for new residents.

• Groundskeeping: Maintaining curb appeal through basic landscaping lawn care and winter snow removal/salting.

• Inventory Management: Stocking organizing and ordering essential maintenance supplies.

• Emergency Response: Participating in an on-call rotation to handle urgent after-hours repairs.

What Were Looking For

The ideal candidate is a jack-of-all-trades who enjoys variety in their workday.

• Experience: 2 years of experience in apartment complex upkeep or a related field.

• Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of plumbing electrical systems and general carpentry.

• Efficiency: Ability to complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner.

• Reliability: A professional attitude and the ability to be on-call for emergencies.
