Job Summary
Job Title: Mobile Engineer (EPA Universal Required)
Location: Louisville KY
Role Overview:
Hands-on Mobile Engineer responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC electrical plumbing mechanical and general building systems across assigned facilities. This is a field-based technical role focused on troubleshooting repairs and keeping systems operating with minimal downtime.
What youll do:
- Maintain and repair HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC and building equipment failures and restore operation
- Perform preventive maintenance on facility systems
- Complete general building maintenance (lighting fixtures walls flooring roofing etc.)
- Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment
- Complete and update work orders accurately and on time
- Support vendors when outside services are required
- Follow all safety procedures and compliance requirements
- Document maintenance activity and system issues
What were looking for:
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong HVAC and commercial building systems experience
- Mechanical electrical and plumbing troubleshooting ability
- Experience working in commercial or industrial facilities
- Ability to work independently in the field
