Job Title: CNC Operator / OD-ID GrinderLocation: Roseville MIPay Scale: $24$28/hour to start with performance-based increases available at 612 monthsDescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Operator /Grinder (OD/ID) to join our team. The Grinder will be responsible for operating and maintaining grinding machines focusing on external (OD) and internal (ID) grinding processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to produce high-quality precision is a trainable tiered position with growth opportunities across three levels from entry-level operators to experienced precision on your background you may enter at any of the three skill tiers with clear pathways for advancement based on performance skill development and Functions:Operate CNC and manual OD/ID grinding machines to produce high-precision and unload parts between centers or into chucks/ machine performance grinding cycles coolant flow and wheel inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers bore gauges indicators).Read and interpret blueprints operation sheets and GD&T up and align grinders mount wheels dress and balance grinding wheels and achieve tight with quality and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and process a clean organized and safe work environment following 5S and safety RequirementsA High School Diploma or attention to detail and mechanical to advanced understanding of OD/ID grinding principles (training provided for entry-level).Ability to perform or learn setup dressing and in-process measurement with blueprint reading and precision measurement to quality teamwork and continuous Qualifications:310 years of OD/ID grinding experience in precision with gear aerospace or bearing to hold tolerances within 0.0001 and achieve fine surface of grinding wheel selection speeds/feeds coolant requirements and complex training others or leading setup operations is a Environment & Physical Requirements:Standing for extended periods while operating grinding lifting (up to 25 lbs.) bending and handling of precision to coolant grinding dust and high-noise environments (PPE provided).Working with high-speed rotating equipment requires focus and adherence to safety protocols.
