The Opportunity:

As a mobile Podiatrist working in Residential Aged Care youll become part of something special. Youll help older people stay active independent and connected to their communities. Providing optimal clinical care with a model designed to support residents through every phase of their aged care will be responsible for providing routine assessments and treatments in the residential aged care setting across a permanent 6-week roster. Providing consistency and continuity working with a range of clients in aged care facilities and communities. Your role will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients families staff and other healthcare professionals while applying best practice in routine disease and wound care management.

Whether youre a new graduate or an experienced podiatrist well tailor the opportunity to suit your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough podiatry assessments and diagnoses
• Develop implement and review treatment plans
• Apply best practice in disease and wound care management
• Foster strong relationships with clients families and healthcare teams
• Provide ongoing support and education to clients in their care journey

What Youll Need to Succeed:

• A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Podiatry
• Current AHPRA registration
• Australian working rights
• Current Covid-19 vaccination
• Willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check
