About the role
Were looking for a Rostering Coordinator to join our admin team and keep the day-to-day scheduling of our support workers running smoothly. This is a hybrid role so youll have flexibility in where you work while staying connected to the team.
Rostering is the heart of this role but youll also pitch in with general admin as the business needs it. If youre someone who thrives on organisation stays calm when plans change and genuinely enjoys the behind-the-scenes work that makes care possible wed love to hear from you.
What youll be doing
- Building and managing weekly rosters (in ShiftCare) for our support worker team across multiple locations
- Coordinating shift changes replacements and last-minute adjustments quickly and clearly
- Communicating with support workers about their schedules availability and any changes
- Working in ShiftCare to keep records accurate and up to date
- Supporting the team with general admin tasks as needed
What were looking for
- Experience in rostering scheduling or workforce coordination (disability or community services is a bonus but not essential)
- Strong communication skills youll be the link between the office and our support workers
- Someone who can think on their feet and problem-solve when things dont go to plan
- Comfortable working across digital platforms and picking up new systems quickly
- A warm professional approach our team and our participants are people first
Nice to have
- Experience with ShiftCare we use it daily and hands-on experience with the platform is highly regarded
- Experience in the NDIS or disability support sector
