Experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator required in the Windsor area to negotiate property sales generate new business build client relationships and contribute to branch success within a professional estate agency environment.

An independent Estate Agency in Windsor is seeking a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional looking to progress their career within a busy and expanding office. The role will involve handling a range of properties including higher-value homes and contributing to continued business growth.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing property sales from instruction through to completion
• Generating new business and winning instructions
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
• Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the process
• Contributing to branch targets and overall performance
• Supporting marketing and promotion of available properties
• Maintaining accurate records and managing the sales pipeline

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience as a residential Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record
• Listing and valuation experience advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional well-presented and confident manner
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach
• Good knowledge of the Windsor area (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and own car preferred
• Thorough and professional approach to estate agency
