Accounts & Business Advisory Senior / Assistant Manager (Landed Estates & Agriculture)
Truro 38000 - 48000 (dependent on experience) Truro
A large regional firm in Truro is recruiting for its landed estates and agriculture team. This is a niche fascinating area of practice working with multigenerational family businesses farming enterprises and rural estates. Youll develop deep sector expertise and work with clients managing complex operations. Hybrid working with 2-3 days in a modern office environment.
The Role
Prepare statutory accounts and management information for landed estates farms and rural businesses
Provide business advisory support tailored to the agriculture and estates sector
Build strong relationships with rural clients and act as their trusted adviser
Support clients with succession planning diversification and estate management challenges
Supervise and develop junior team members
Contribute to the growth of the firms agriculture and estates practice
About You
ACA ACCA or CA qualified (or nearing qualification)
Experience in practice accounts work (agriculture sector experience desirable but not essential)
Genuine interest in rural business farming and landed estates
Technically strong and client-focused
Ready to build niche expertise and take on greater responsibility
