A large regional firm in Truro is looking for an Accounts & Business Advisory professional to work with a diverse client base. This is a role with variety responsibility and clear progression. The firm invests in its people and the team culture is collaborative and supportive. Hybrid working with 2-3 days in a modern office environment.
The Role
Prepare statutory accounts and management information for a varied client portfolio
Deliver business advisory services and provide strategic support to clients
Build and manage client relationships acting as their day-to-day contact
Identify opportunities to add value and support business growth
Supervise and develop junior team members
Work collaboratively with partners and managers across the practice
About You
ACA ACCA or CA qualified (or nearing qualification)
Solid experience in practice accounts and advisory work
Technically capable and client-focused
Ready to take on more responsibility and develop your career
Able to manage your own workload and support others effectively
