Sales Valuer
As a Sales Valuer you will play a key role in winning new instructions and driving the growth of a high performing estate agency. You will be responsible for conducting accurate valuations building strong client relationships and advising homeowners on how to achieve the best possible sale price.
This is a results driven role suited to someone confident in front of clients commercially minded and motivated to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Property Valuations
Conduct accurate and professional property valuations
Provide realistic market backed pricing advice
Prepare clear valuation reports using comparable evidence and market trends
Advise on pricing strategy presentation and how to maximise sale value
Winning Instructions
Convert valuation appointments into new listings
Present strong marketing strategies and clear value to clients
Maintain a high instruction conversion rate
Follow up valuations quickly to secure business
Client Management
Build strong relationships with homeowners
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey
Keep clients updated on market conditions interest and offers
Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Marketing & Presentation
Work with marketing to launch high quality listings
Advise clients on staging and presentation
Ensure properties are listed correctly across portals and platforms
Market Knowledge
Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
Use data and insight to support valuations and pricing strategy
Team Collaboration
Work closely with negotiators and managers on new instructions
Ensure smooth handover of listings
Monitor performance and recommend pricing or marketing changes
Compliance & Admin
Ensure all instructions meet legal and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
Issue paperwork and terms in a timely professional manner
Experience Required
Previous experience as a Sales Valuer Senior Negotiator or similar
Strong understanding of valuations and the property market
Confident communicator with strong client facing skills
Proven track record of winning instructions
Organised and target driven
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Confident handling objections and negotiations
