Behavior Support Specialist School-Based Location: Christina School District DE Employment Type: W2 School-Year Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award
We are seeking experienced Behavior Support Specialists to join a collaborative school-based team serving students with diverse behavioral and developmental needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting FBAs
Support development and implementation of BSPs
Collect and graph behavioral data
Provide classroom-based intervention support
Collaborate with teachers and related service providers
Support parent communication initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Education Psychology Human Development or related field Experience supporting students with moderate to severe behaviors Strong understanding of ABA principles Experience collecting and analyzing behavior data Professional communication skills
