Business Development Manager
Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities building long-term client relationships managing strategic partnerships preparing proposals and presentations and supporting the firms growth initiatives. The candidate will work closely with leadership and internal teams to expand the firms client base and strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
CA Inter with MBA or MBA in Business Development / Marketing / Business Administration
510 years of experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition
Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills
Experience in client presentations proposal preparation and deal closures
Ability to identify new markets opportunities and partnerships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Exposure to CRM tools digital marketing and professional networking platforms is an added advantage
