This role will work directly with leadership and field teams to keep projects moving customers informed and operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Actasthecentralpointofcommunicationbetweencustomerstechniciansandinternalteams
- Coordinatemultiplefieldcrewsensuringjobsareproperlysupportedandexecuted
- ManagejobdocumentationincludingtimesheetsservicereportsPOsandjobcosting
- Orderandtrackmaterials(includingurgent/overnightshipmentswhenneeded)
- Maintaincompliancerecords(licensescertificationsinsuranceCOIs)
- Supporttechnicianreadinessensuringcrewshavewhattheyneedbeforehittingthefield
- Trackandmanagecompanyassets(vehiclesmaintenanceregistrations)
- UtilizeQuickBooksOnlineExceltotrackjobcostsandoperationaldata
- Deliverahighlevelofcustomercommunicationandservice
Requirements:
- 35yearsinoperationsprojectcoordinationorfieldservicesupport
- Construction or manufacturing industry experience
- Strongabilitytomanagemultipleprioritieswithoutdroppingdetails
- Excellentcommunicationskills(youreclearresponsiveandconfident)
- Aproblem-solvermindsetyoufigurethingsoutandtakeownership
