Companion Care Specialist

Pay rate will be $14.50 per hour

Some of the most powerful care doesnt involve medicine it involves presence kindness and heart. We are looking for Companion Care Specialist who genuinely enjoy helping others feel supported respected and never alone.

In this role youll provide non-medical care such as homemaking companionship and respite services to individuals with disabilities special needs and older adultshelping them remain safe and comfortable in their homes while giving families peace of mind.

What Youll Do

• Provide warm companionship conversation and emotional support
• Offer respite care to give families and caregivers a break
• Assist with light housekeeping (laundry tidying cleaning living spaces)
• Help with meal preparation and light cooking
• Support daily routines and meaningful activities
• Run errands or assist with shopping as assigned
• Observe and report any changes or concerns
• Maintain a safe respectful and supportive environment
• Treat every client with dignity patience and kindness

This is a non-medical role no hands-on nursing or clinical care required.

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a homemaker companion caregiver or respite worker preferred
• Experience working with older adults individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• A caring heart dependable nature and strong communication skills
• Ability to respect client preferences privacy and independence
• Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle as required to drive for program related business
