We have an exciting opportunity for adynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London as a Commis Sommelier.

As a Commis Sommelier you will playa crucial role in enhancing our guests dining experience by assisting the HeadSommelier and the team in delivering exceptional wine service. You will alsosupport the team during service by recommending wines to guests offeringpairings that complement our menus and ensuring that each guests experienceis memorable and tailored to their preferences. Ideal candidates will have apassion for wine a keen attention to detail and a desire to grow theirknowledge and skills in a luxury dining environment.

ENTRYREQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in a 5-Star or fine dining property is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• WSET CMS or similar qualifications or certificates
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Good command of the English language both spoken and written
• Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
