We have an exciting opportunity for adynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within theRitz Restaurant Department as a Commis Waiter/Waitress.

The ideal candidate will be dedicatedto providing outstanding service to our guests while upholding The RitzLondons 5-star luxury standards. As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will beresponsible for the running of dishes and supporting the Chef De Rang and HeadWaiter teams. Duties also involve taking pride in the care of the restaurantdown to the finest and most minute details including: polishing all silverchina and glassware before and after each service; counting and separatingsoiled or damaged linen and preparing fresh linens before each service;ensuring the restaurant is diligently vacuumed before each service; ensuringthe coffee tea and milk pots are carefully cleaned after each use; andundertaking reasonable requests to support the function of the kitchen andrestaurant teams.

ENTRYREQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in a 5-Star or fine dining property is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Good command of the English language both spoken and written
• Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
