The Opportunity
We are looking for a product growth manager to build the future of our Account Management experiences for Individual customers. This role is passionate about delivering customer-first growth developing intuitive impactful experiences that unlock expansion revenue via improvements credits upgrades and AI-powered capabilities.

WhatYoullDo
Lead product growth strategy and execution for Account Management growth initiatives balancing customer value with monetization impact.
Drive Add-On and Expansion ARR for Individual customers with a strong focus on Credits-based and AI monetization models.
Design andoptimizeupgrade switch and migration journeys to increase conversion retention and long-term customer value.
Build intelligent agentic experiences that proactively guide customers toward the right plan add-on or AI capability based on need and usage.
Identifyfriction points across the lifecycle and introduce experimentation-driven improvements to unlock incremental growth.
Partner cross-functionally with design engineering data science and GTM to ship scalable growth solutions grounded in customer insight.
What You Need to Succeed
Strong product growth mindset with a customer-first approach to monetization.
Proven success drivingexpansionARR through add-ons credits upgrades or usage-based models.
Experienceoptimizinglifecycle transitions (switches upgrades migrations) to deliver measurable businessimpact.
Analytical rigor with a bias toward experimentation testing and iteration.
Understanding ofAI-enabled and agentic workflows with the ability to translate strategy into shipped customer experiences.
Ability to balance revenue outcomes with long-term customer value and trust.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$239725 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California the pay range for this position is $165600 - $239725
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
