A role within Store Experience (SE) Marketing gives you the opportunity to shape how guests experience our stores through best-in-class print and signage. Youll help drive both innovation and operational excellence at scale impacting stores across the enterprise.
As a Store Experience Print Sr. Manager you will lead the strategy and execution of print capabilities that power in-store experiences. Youll oversee vendor management sourcing production optimization and enterprise capability developmentensuring high-quality cost-effective and sustainable print solutions.
This role partners cross-functionally with teams including Procurement Sourcing Legal and Store Operations to drive standardization improve processes and deliver against business priorities. Youll lead key initiatives influence stakeholders and balance long-term strategy with day-to-day operational needs.
Lead print vendor performance capability assessments and issue resolution
Drive signing standardization across Store Experience
Partner on and lead sourcing initiatives
Enable global operating model capabilities
Oversee financial forecasting estimation and cost optimization
Advance production excellence through process improvement training and best practices
Provide cross-functional leadership on enterprise initiatives
Lead change management efforts across tools processes and workflows
Ensure compliance with legal and patent guidelines
Champion print sustainability initiatives
Support technology roadmap development and prioritization
Manage owned inventory strategies

About you:
7 years of print industry or related experience
Strong print expertise and vendor management skills
Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence
Experience with financial planning forecasting and cost management
Skilled in project management and cross-functional leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Effective communicator with experience presenting to leadership
Ability to lead through change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core rolewill need to beperformedboth onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtuallydepending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
