This Tax Program Representative position involves professional work in investigations and enforcement of the state Reemployment Assistance (formerly Unemployment Insurance) program in accordance with state law rules regulations policies and procedures. It will include investigating work and earnings discrepancies and tips/leads. This will require communication with employers and individuals to obtain necessary information to complete the review for accuracy and fraud as well as the input and completion of the investigation summary. This position may also include collections processes to ensure recovery of overpayments. This would include contact with individuals to collect on overpayments as well as civil action processes as needed.
