Banquet Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Attendant to join our team. The Banquet Attendant will be responsible for setting up serving and breaking down banquet events ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Setup: Arrange tables chairs linens silverware and other event equipment according to the event plan.
- Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Clean-Up: Clear tables remove dishes and ensure the banquet area is clean and orderly during and after events.
- Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen and event coordinators to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Customer Interaction: Address guest needs and requests promptly and courteously.
- Safety and Sanitation: Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Skills Knowledge & Expertise
- Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand walk and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Must be able to pass DOT physical requirements
- Clean driving record
- Chauffeurs license
