What Youll Do
Leverage warm leads existing contacts referrals and your existing professional contacts to drive new business
Build and maintain relationships with commercial decision-makers
Generate new business through prospecting networking and industry events
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close using CRM tools
Secure Pre-Loss Agreements with commercial clients
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency restoration leads where you earn the commission on secured emergency work
Who You Are
2 years of B2B outside sales experience (restoration construction or facilities services preferred)
Proven ability to prospect network and build strong client relationships
Highly organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities at once
Comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment
Willing to participate in after-hours emergency lead rotation
Valid Oregon drivers license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
Able to pass a background check (dating back to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening
