Key Responsibilities

Process Integration lead for driving Integrated Materials Solutions (IMS) targeted towards Memory Development (DRAM and/or NAND Flash)

Leads practical applications of scientific theory and unusually complex processes in the development and ongoing technical management of the units product line

Leads research development and implementation in new products and extensions or enhancements to existing product line

Interact with key customers to resolve unusually complex process engineering issues for the units product line to address our customers High Value Problems (HVP)

Leads alpha engineering program regarding all process technology related issues for the units product line

Responsible for alpha and beta product release for business units product line

Participates in strategic planning to integrate research and development processes with both the unit and the Product Business Groups overall business plan

Identify select and work with vendors and suppliers

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.

For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
