Job Title: Branch Director
Location: Conroe Texas
Salary: $120000 to $130000 annually plus 10% annual bonus
Shift: Monday through Friday
On-Call: Administrative on-call rotation approximately 1 week every 23 months taken from home

Job Overview:
We are seeking a clinically licensed hospice leader to oversee and grow our clients Conroe branch. This role is responsible for operational performance team leadership regulatory compliance and supporting sustainable census growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hospice operations
• Lead coach and retain an interdisciplinary team
• Rebuild culture improve morale and strengthen accountability
• Partner with sales leadership to support responsible census growth
• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and quality standards
• Scale staffing and workflows during growth

Required Qualifications:

• Hospice leadership experience required
• Clinical background required RN preferred
• Proven success in managing hospice census growth
• Strong people leadership and operational management skills
• Experience collaborating with sales teams
