The Role
The Concierge plays a vital role in creating a warm welcoming and supportive environment for residents their families and visitors. As a key representative of Enso Village the Concierge is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the daily experience of our community.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents families and visitors. Greet everyone with professionalism empathy and a genuinecommitment toproviding assistance. Direct inquiries to theappropriateteammembers anddepartments.
- Support residents with day-to-day needs including scheduling transportation booking appointments making reservations and providing information about local events attractions and amenities.
- Manage all incoming phone calls ensuring messages are accurately relayed to the appropriate staff.
- Help coordinate maintenance requests manage deliveries and respond to resident concerns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor entrances andcommon areasto helpmaintaina safe and welcoming environment. Adhere to all emergency and safety protocols asrequired.
- Ensure all guestscomply withEnso Villages visitor policy.
- Report any resident health orwell-beingconcerns to the Health and Wellbeing Departmentin a timely manner.
- Foster open respectful and proactive communication with residents families and team members. Maintainaccuraterecords of resident preferences feedback and special requests.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including handling maildeliveries andmaintainingup-to-date records databases and documentation.
- Maintain a clean organized and professionalreception area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;additionaleducation in hospitality customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Previousexperience incustomer-facingrolepreferably in hospitality healthcare or senior livingis preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with people from allwalks of life.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Respect for the privacy and confidentiality of all community members.
- Professional appearance and demeanoralways.
- Proficiencywith computers and standard office software.
- Flexibility toworkvarying shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A compassionate patient and service-oriented mindset.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sittingand standing.
- Ability to bend stoop andkneelas necessary.
- Ability to liftcarryand push/pullup to50 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits:
Enso Village is committed to equal pay and transparency. The salary range for this position is $25 to $30per hour. This range provided as a generalguidelineand compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors including candidates work experience education/training key skills external non-profit market data and business considerations.
